Presentations & Introductory Workshops
Developing a shared mindset about transformative scheduling is an essential first step for any school community. Our workshops and presentations can set the stage for whole-school design thinking and transformational scheduling initiatives. The presentations can create “a-ha” moments and confidence that a more effective use of resources is possible. Supporting Local Initiatives
Our work is centered within the context of local knowledge and expertise. We collaborate with Local Partners -- such as foundations, education-focused nonprofits, and schools of education -- to host and support our training programs for schools. We offer a range of technical assistance supports to help our partner schools as they further develop, implement and refine their annual plans. Many schools who participate in our initial training programs have engaged us in on-going, tailored technical assistance and design-thinking partnerships.
